A loan broker is an Independent self employed intermediary between the Borrower and the Lender. Through our intensified Loan Broker Training course we will train you to think, act and speak as a professional.  We will teach you how to get clients.  There are thousands of new Businesses opening every month.  The Small Business community is the backbone of the economy and where 80% of all new jobs come from.

The institute offers you a combined total of 60 years of hands on experience in banking and loan brokering.   This team will share this knowledge with you and guide you as you enter this field of Finance that is not generally well known.  Owning and operating your own business will give you a sense of security and gratification found nowhere else.  You will be respected and admired in the community as a Financial Professional.  There are no long hours to work; you only work the hours you want to work.  There is no scheduling of employees, no dealing with employee grievances; you are only responsible for yourself.  We will teach you how to find loans.  We will teach you to understand the loan request; and we will teach you the elements of a loan.  We will review and test an actual Sample loan request and Tax Return.  We will also introduce you to Lenders who will be eager to do business with you. 

How we differ from Franchises
Searching for franchises can be a chore and a huge financial commitment.  However there is an advantage to a franchise, the work has already been done by the franchiser.  He has tested the market, prepared the organization and has a following.  This is a great package but it all comes with a price along with continuing royalty fees and long hours, seven days a week.
